Kate brings a unique blend of culinary expertise, postpartum doula training, and a deep understanding of nutrition and ethnobotany to every meal.

Her cooking is inspired by Ayurvedic principles, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Weston A. Price, and seasonal foods drawn from global traditions - infused with care and intention.

Fresh from the Land

Ingredients are hyper-local, organic, and nutrient-rich - featuring produce, meat, and fish sourced from West Marin and surrounding farms. Each meal reflects the rhythms of the land and is designed to support deep healing from the inside out.
